Meet Amanda!
Amanda is the founder and creative force behind OC Social. She is a content creator and strategist who uses her background planning and networking to help develop content and engagement businesses need to attract customers. While attending college in Queens, NY, she worked to get her degree in Education while working with one of the top event planners in NYC. After college, she taught History for a decade while staying connected to the service industry and branching out to work with independent authors in building their brands. All of these experiences led to the birth of OC Social.
When she's not working, you can find this social butterfly spending time with her husband, daughter (6), son (4), and two dogs. Amanda also loves traveling, painting, reading, and exploring new places and cuisines.
Meet Stephanie!
Stephanie’s social media obsession began as a teenager, a pioneer of Myspace (Tom’s BFF), exploring her creativity through her emo Xanga entries, always seeking different ways to connect. This love for meeting new people and expressing herself creatively followed her throughout her career. She has worked with the public in customer service for many years, allowing her insight into what makes people tick. A background in photography also gives her that keen eye for design aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail. Extending all of her talents alongside her love for Hallmark movies, she created and produced the podcast, “It’s Technically Romance” with her partner in 2020. This opportunity led Stephanie to learn and hone new skills in Researching, Copywriting, and Content Creation, where she now thrives in her role as Social Media Manager at OC Social.
When she’s not plotting to create the next TikTok trend, you can find Stephanie dancing ‘round the kitchen in the refrigerator light with her partner of 10 years, finding any opportunity to reference Taylor Swift, or cuddling up with her adorable furbaby, Penny.
